Apple Blossom Farms is a community of 178 families, located in Springfield Township in western Lucas County. Our neighborhood, named for its proximity to area orchards, is located in an area known for its excellent schools, growing businesses, and community involvement.
This web site was created for the residents of Apple Blossom Farms to provide information about their neighborhood, and to answer questions as to the function of their Homeowners' Association.
This Association encompasses the original development of plats 1-7, filed in 1994 and includes the following streets and boundaries:
Baldwin Court, Courtland Court, Empire Court, Ginger Gold Drive, Haralson Court, Harvest Gold Drive, Jonathan Drive, McIntosh Drive, Pilliod Road (north side only, from Roycroft to McIntosh Drive), Rome Court, Winesap Drive and Winter Sweet Drive.
Later plat developments are covered by separate homeowner's associations.
We also would welcome suggestions and comments from the neighborhood. Please provide your e-mail address below where it says "Drop Us A Line", so that we can notify you with important issues regarding the neighborhood. We would like to e-mail newsletters and other important information to as many residents as possible, as an alternate way of communicating with the residents. If you are new to the neighborhood, or need to reach a Trustee of the Association, you will find the link at the bottom of the page.
